Our Squarespace design intensives are a perfect fit for the entrepreneur or small business that needs some serious help with their existing Squarespace 7.1 website. They know it needs some TLC but are not ready to commit to creating a new website. They have a list of items they know they need help with and likely have a vision as to where they want to go with the site. We work together for one full day and get that list done and dusted.

Great! Fill out the application form so that we get a baseline understanding of where you are in your business and what kind of industry you’re in. We’ll then reach out to book a 1/2 hour call to see if we align. We’ll then decide the scope of the project and book you into our next available dates.

We generally suggest a minimum 1 month after our initial discussion in order to give you time to gather your copy, images and any additional content. It will also depend on availability as we are booking out well in advance and only work on one project at a time.

We understand budgeting is important. We offer a base price for all our packages and the price goes up depending on what is required in addition to what the base package offers. Add-Ons can be purchased in addition and will dictate how long the project will take. We will provide a complete quote once we understand the scope of the project.

You will need to gather and provide the brand guide (fonts, colors, icons etc.) logo pack, images, copy and fill out the questionnaires. The deadline for content is 1 week prior to our build dates. If you require help with the brand guide, please let us know and we will provide a quote.

Between the in-depth design questionnaires, style board, and inspiration websites, there are many touch-points where we work together to clarify the aesthetic to match your brand. My goal is to provide a final product you love and work closely with you and your vision.

I build my Squarespace websites on their most current 7.1 version. You will need to purchase the Business plan in order to execute your project flawlessly. When you work with me you get 20% off your first year. Squarespace bills you directly (yearly) for hosting with them.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your dates in my calendar and the final 50% must be paid on the final day of our project dates. Final payment is due whether the website is launched on the final day or delayed until a later date. Delayed launches are included in your package for up to 2 months post project dates. Once the final payment has been received, you will become ‘Owner’ of the website, receive the final files and we will make your website live.

We connect 3 x 3rd party integrations for you.
(Eg. Calendly, Acuity, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign) You’ll however be the one to setup your accounts and do anything within the 3rd party app, such as setting up your appointment times, or creating a mailing list or designing your newsletter. We do not provide setup or maintenance unless an add-on package has been purchased.

Squarespace has their own analytics within the platform but it's always recommended to connect your site to Google Analytics as well.
You will set up a google analytics account with your existing google account and I will connect it for you.
We offer setting up Google Analytics and Search Console as an add-on if required.

We require a brand guide before proceeding to build out the website. A brand guide would contain the colors, fonts, image direction and any icons, backgrounds or image elements we should use to remain within the brand guidelines. We can create one for you at an additional cost. See add-ons for brand guide creation.

Yes. It’s highly recommended to set up your website to be pulling in emails for marketing purposes. We will connect your 3rd party email marketing provider to your website. You will however be responsible for setting up the account and mailing lists (unless add-on purchased).

You can submit up to 3 rounds of edits. We will provide the necessary system to make your edits for each round. In order to keep the project on track, the cut-off for all edits will be the Tuesday prior to our final project date.

You have my complete attention during our designated project dates. After the last day of our project (unless a maintenance package has been purchased), I move on to my next project and will provide 14 days via email for technical support.

It depends. We can chat through which platform is right for selling your products. But if selling is your websites main goal, then Shopify is likely the best platform for your business. Check out our Shopify service.
