The first step is to reach out and apply to work with us. Once your application is approved, we will send a link to book a 15 minutes zoom call so we can learn more about your business, your brand and your website vision to see if our offerings align with your goals.
Once we decide to move forward with the project, we will send a contract with the 50% deposit invoice and secure our agreed project dates. We schedule your project on allocated dates and strictly stick to our schedule.
Considering we’re a boutique studio, we tend to book well in advance so apply soon to secure a spot in our calendar.
Content Planning
1 week prior to our project start date, all content for the website will be due. Items required prior to project start date:
✔︎ Brand guide and logo pack
✔︎ All site copy (we have a copywriting service if required)
✔︎ All website images (we offer stock image search if required)
✔︎ Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy
✔︎ Fill out questionnaires
Prior to our project start date, you will need to gather your images, copy/content, fill out the questionnaires and create a Pinterest board.
Strategize
During the first phase of the project, we will have a series of strategy sessions to decide on the core foundation and layout (site-map) of the website as well as the visual design direction.
By following the brand guide, we will create a style board for approval to ensure we’re creating something in line with your brand mission.
We will decide on a site-map, the color palette, fonts and have a design call to review all content.
Design, Build & Fine-Tune
Over the next few weeks the creative process begins and continues until our final day.
We start with a styleboard creation to ensure visual alignment, then move on to building the foundation, creating the layout and finally implement design.
Your package will include a series of rounds of edits where you’ll be able to fine-tune and tweak to ensure it feels just right.
There will be multiple touch-points to ensure we’re aligned at all times throughout the project, which ensures customer satisfaction and a seamless design experience
The creative part begins!
Launch
Our package includes a launch day which consists of an organized series of events to ensure your website launches seamlessly. We will make your new website LIVE to the world and then conduct a series of tests to ensure it’s working optimally.
This is where we pop the bubbly and celebrate!
We provide 3 rounds of edits to get it just right. We want to make sure it matches your tone, vibe and personality…let’s make it yours.
